$2.00 Shift Differential for 2nd shift

Duties:

• To set-up and operate assembly equipment in a production situation
• Set-up tooling and equipment as necessary to produce sub-assemblies and completed casters to routed standards
• Inspect and ensure shop order compliance
• Complete required documentationpertaining to manufacturing reports and parts identification
• Complete proper non-complying tickets as required

Summary Description:To set-up and operate all assembly equipment in a safe, productive and efficient manner.

Job Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred,must be able to read and write at acceptable level.

• Physical: Must be able to bend, stand for prolonged periods of time, stoop and pull. Must be able to lift 60 pounds.

Specific Skills:

• Reading accurately and writing legibly is required.

• Must be able to read and interpret shop orders.

• Should have the ability to learn model numbers.

Experience:

• Prefer prior assembly experience, but not required.

You should be proficient in:

• Blueprint Reading
• Mechanical Assembly Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Skills

Salary info:

$18.78 - $20.44 / hr
